Hop Special – Call for papers

11th BrewingScience Hop Special: On 17 December 2021, the 11th Hop Special will be published in BrewingScience.

Manuscripts can be submitted as of now, editorial deadline is 17 September 2021. Thematically, all areas around our „green gold“ will be covered: from hop growing and hop varieties to hopping technologies and the impact of hops on beer. All researchers working on this field are invited to submit their scientific articles.
