GEA Brewery Systems awarding Bachelor Prize

On 22 January 2014, the annual Bachelor Prize Awards ceremony took place at the Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH). The prize was given to three junior scientists who completed their studies with excellent results.

Katrin Korte, Alexander Rave and Jonas Pfaffenbach were honored as the best bachelor’ s graduates in their respective courses of study – Bioprocess Engineering, Process Engineering, and Power and Environmental Engineering.

The prizes worth EUR 1000 each were donated by by three companies: GEA Brewery Systems, DOW Deutschland, and Hamburg Energie. Katrin Korte was awarded with the prize donated by GEA Brewery Systems for this year’ s best Bachelor’ s graduate in Bioprocess Engineering. This award is the company’ s way to acknowledge the good cooperation with the TUHH and to emphasize its commitment to promoting academic excellence.
