Premiere | For the first time, a Doemens Biersommelier course will be held in Spanish in Gräfelfing near Munich, Germany. From May 27th to June 7th, 2024, Doemens’ long-standing partner in beer sommelier training in South America and the Iberian Peninsula, Cilene Saorin, will be responsible for the course with the support of Doemens experts. World Brewing Congress | As of 1 February 2024, brewing professionals are invited to submit technical abstracts and proposals for pre-meeting workshops and scientific sessions for the World Brewing Congress (WBC) 2024. The WBC 2024 will take place from 17–20 August 2024 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

CBC 2024 | Presented annually by the Brewers Association, the Craft Brewers Conference and BrewExpo America (CBC) is North America’s largest gathering for the beverage alcohol industry. 2024’s edition will take place 21–24 April at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Korea | Kibex (Korea International Beer Expo) 2024 is set to take place 11–13 April 2024 at COEX C Hall, Seoul, Korea. Building on the success of Kibex 2023, which saw remarkable growth, including a doubled participation rate of domestic breweries compared to the previous year, the upcoming event aims to showcase a diverse range of global beverage brands, from beer to wine and traditional spirits.

Germany | Scientific exchange is the focus of the congress area at Filtech 2024. The call for papers for the lecture series at one of the world's largest events for filtration and separation is now open.

The International Cider Awards | The next International Brewing & Cider Awards will be held March 2024 at Mayfield Depot, Manchester, followed by a festival showcasing the entries and winners direct to the consumer. Registration for the ‘Oscars’ of the brewing and cider world closes on 31 January 2024.

Italian Exhibition Group | The Italian trade fair Beer&Food Attraction will take place at the Rimini Expo Centre, Italy, from 18–20 February 2024, together with BBTech expo (“The Beer&Beverage Technologies Show”). The show presents a comprehensive national and international offer of beers, beverages, food and trends for the out-of-home (OOH) sector.
