Crop and market update & hop crop 2024 estimate

Hop market | Weather conditions in Europe during the growing season were characterised by sufficient rainfall in most growing regions. Harvest expectations in terms of quantity and quality are positive.

In the USA, conditions were cooler than usual at the beginning of the growing season. The high temperatures that prevailed from July onwards were favourable for growing conditions. The water reservoirs were sufficiently filled over the irrigation period, and a normal harvest is expected in the growing regions of the Pacific Northwest. We will keep you informed about the crop progress and, in particular, about alpha acid contents.
