Hopsteiner reinforces its sales and marketing teams
Company update | Simon H. Steiner GmbH, based in Mainburg and part of the Hopsteiner Group, has further strengthened its commercial organization through two strategic appointments.
Florian Perschel has been appointed Commercial Director. A graduate engineer in brewing and beverage technology, he brings over twelve years of experience in international hop trade, with a proven track record across sales, innovation management, and strategic business development. In his new role, he assumes operational responsibility for the company’s global sales activities, particularly giving the increasing complexity of international trade relations and evolving dynamics in the global hop market.
In addition, Chris Heinze has joined the company as Senior Marketing & Sales Manager. A graduate in business administration, he contributes seventeen years of experience in the brewing and soft drinks industry, with a strong focus on international marketing as well as key account management within the European markets. His responsibilities include the marketing of the product portfolio and new innovations as well as the business development management in the European regions Austria, the Czech Republic, and Southern Germany.
These appointments underscore the Hopsteiner commitment to further strengthening its position as one of the world’s leading hop marketing companies built on an innovative product portfolio to be even closer to the markets and customer needs.
The company continues to advance the breeding of climate-resistant hop varieties. Most recently, Nobella, a fine, noble aroma variety, was introduced. In addition liquid extracts, meaning "pourable" and therefore easier-to-dose extracts, remain a key focus - with SalvoPlus as an example.
Caring for suppliers and customers is the company’s top priority. With the expansion of its team, Hopsteiner is investing in the future.
