Registration and management of the subscription are carried out via a personal customer account. Details of the responsible market surveillance authority

The Market Surveillance Authority for the Accessibility of Products and Services (MLBF) of the German Federal States is expected to take up its work as an institution under public law on 28 June 2025. In future, it will be in charge of the centralised market surveillance in the area of accessibility in accordance with the BFSG. The MLBF will be based in Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt. The prerequisite for the start of operations is the ratification of the corresponding state treaty by all federal states - this process is currently underway.
