Leuven | The International Symposium 16th Trends in Brewing will take place from 6 until 9 April 2025 in Leuven. This edition is co-organized with the J. De Clerck Chair XIX. Hungary | The EBC Symposium will take place from 18 to 20 May 2025 at the Department of Bioengineering and Fermentation Technology, Institute of Food Science and Technology, on the campus of the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (Buda Campus), in Budapest, Hungary.

Large gathering | Presented annually by the Brewers Association, the Craft Brewers Conference & BrewExpo America is North America’s largest gathering for the beverage alcohol industry. The 2025 edition will take place from 28 April – 1 May at the Indianapolis Convention Center, where more than 11,000 brewing, fermenting, and distilling professionals will have the opportunity to meet with more than 550 exhibitors and hear from a wide range of speakers during seminars across 12 different educational tracks.

From 16–18 February 2025, Rimini Expo Centre will host the tenth edition of Beer&Food Attraction, an event curated by Italian Exhibition Group SpA, which has firmly established itself as a European benchmark for the beer industry and the catering and restaurant trade.

With the “Hop Aroma Summit”, the world’s leading hop specialist BarthHaas is offering a new intensive workshop for brewing professionals. The course is being held as a webinar on 25 February 2025. The four-hour event promises to deliver the very latest comprehensive updates on hop aroma, new varieties, and pioneering brewing techniques. The webinar will be led by Dr. Christina Schönberger and Dr. Alicia Muñoz from the Brewing Solutions team, together with Dr. Nils Rettberg from the brewing research and teaching institute VLB Berlin.
