VLB Africa Brewing Conference 2023

Practical approach | The 4th VLB Africa Brewing Conference (ABC) will take place in Douala, Cameroon, from 12–14 June 12 2023. The conference is specially tailored to African brewers, dealing with current issues and taking on a practical approach, as is characteristic of VLB conferences.

In six sessions, the following topics will be presented and discussed:

• Session 1: Raw materials, brewhouse technology;
• session 2. Fermentation innovations;
• session 3: Microbiology and hygienic aspects;
• session 4: Sustainability through innovations;
• session 5: Innovations in automation / Quality aspects;
• session 6: Innovations in the filling & packaging process.

Technical visits to local breweries will be part of the conference program.

The conference will have simultaneous English-French translation.
