Further support for the BrewingScience reviewer panel

Nuremberg | The international panel of reviewers for the journal BrewingScience is delighted to have received additional support in various areas from Dr Adrian Forster, Fürsteneck, and Prof. Volker Müller-Schollenberger, HSWT, Weihenstephan, Germany, as well as from Prof. Brian Gibson, TU Dublin, Ireland.

Dr. Adrian Forster is a recognised expert in hops. He studied brewing at the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan and subsequently obtained his doctorate under Prof. Ludwig Narziß. For over three decades, Adrian worked at one of the leading hop extraction and hop pellet plants in the Hallertau region, initially as a laboratory manager and later as a plant manager, with responsibility for research and development. Since retiring from active professional life, he has been working as a consultant on matters relating to hops and their use in beer. He has published numerous articles on hop-related topics and, together with colleagues, has received the Ludwig Narziß-Award for Brewing Science on several occasions.
