Bentonite – Renaissance of an old stabilising agent
Alternative stabiliser | Breweries are increasingly on the lookout for other ways of stabilising beer without having to rely on synthetic additives like PVPP. One interesting option here is bentonite that has long been established in the fining of wine – and was in common use in beer production up into the 1970s.
