Worldwide customer service thanks to modular principle

At GEA Brewery Systems, plant operators can determine their individual service level themselves. Depending on the equipment, the degree of capacity utilization and the convenience they want, they can choose from a range of different service modules. The advantage of this kit of technical service modules: specific service ensures high plant availability and efficient processes with increased operational safety and optimized production costs.

After nine years of work and a vivid exchange with plant operators, the service brand Service next level was created.

Instead of over dimensioned all-in-one service, customers of GEA Brewery Systems can tailor their individual service level from flexible service modules that can be adjusted to the production conditions of the equipment on site:

Repair: For rapid resumption of production after a breakdown;

attention: Gives you a thorough overview of the current plant condition;

care: For maximum plant availability now and in the future;

connection: Get back to an optimum production level fast when technological conditions have changed;

response: Learn how to bring your plant up to date;

efficiency: Ensure the efficiency of your plant in the long run.

Each service contract includes a 24-hour emergency service, which guarantees fast and efficient help all around the world. Many problems can be solved immediately on the phone or by remote diagnosis. Otherwise, the service team is on site within few hours.

Thanks to modern efficient spare parts logistics, the customer gets the required parts as fast as possible. Meanwhile, the service team has concluded 40 service contracts worldwide.
