Global crop estimate 2025

Hop market update | Most European growing regions experienced dry growing conditions until mid-July. Conditions only improved at the start of flowering, with cool temperatures and regular rainfall. Throughout the season, growers had to keep pest pressure under control. The harvest is expected to be slightly below average. 

Growth conditions were largely favorable in the USA. With a few exceptions, pest pressure remained limited and was kept well under control. In general, it was a very mild growing season, which had a positive effect on yield and quality. The low water levels in the reservoirs are causing some concern.
