Global acreage, crop and yields
Hop market update 2025 | In 2025, there was a global decline in acreage in almost all growing regions, with yields remaining largely average.
This is particularly evident in the two largest growing regions, the US and Germany: both countries saw noticeable reductions in hop acreage, while yields remained largely in line with long-term averages.
