Christian Schubert joins BrewingScience reviewers panel
Nuremberg | The scientific magazine BrewingScience is pleased to announce that Dr. Christian Schubert joins its reviewers team as an expert in the field of special analytics. His current research focuses on the ageing stability of beer and the importance of additives in the brewing process.
Christian Schubert is a trained brewer and maltster, having completed his apprenticeship at Altenburger Brauerei GmbH, Germany. He earned his PhD from the Technical University of Berlin (TUB) in 2024, following his Master of Science in Brewing and Beverage Technology in 2016 (TUB). He works as a research associate at the Research Institute for Raw Materials and Beverage Analysis (FIRGA) at the Research and Teaching Institute for Brewing in Berlin (VLB), and has been a guest researcher at the University of Arkansas (Department of Food Science) since 2024. Additionally, he holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin, obtained in 2021.
