Polyester bottles for beer (II) Investigations into technological measures for influencing taste stability

The second part of this article contains extracts from the most important results of various investigations in the context of the above project carried out at the Faculty of Brewery Plant and Food Packaging Equipment in cooperation with companies mentioned below.

The first part of the article dealt with results of investigations into gas permeability, migration characteristics, physical and chemical stability, as well as results of investigations into the influence of cleaning frequency on gas permeability of plastic bottles. This part of the article addresses the possibility of using technological factors to influence taste stability of beer filled in plastic bottles.
