Top load case packer

Thiele Technologies introduces its new Salwasser Model ITL 300 Integrated Top Load Case Packer. The ITL 300 is a fully automatic case packer capable of top loading product into RSC or HSC cases. The sleek new design features a low, ergonomic knock down case magazine and a small overall footprint making the ITL 300 ideal for nearly any production line.

It provides flexibility in both machine configuration as well as the variety of products it handles. A variety of pick heads are available including vacuum, mechanical, and a combination of vacuum and mechanical styles, allowing the ITL to accommodate nearly any product.

Thiele’s modular design allows for multiple infeed configurations as well as the ability to feed bliss cases or trays into the system. Case opening is securely handled using opposed vacuum cups, and positive case transfer is accomplished with servo-driven side belts. Case sealing options include either standard tape or optional hot melt closure. With construction options including dry, wash-down, or caustic wash-down, this case packer fits perfectly into nearly any production environment. The ITL 300 is designed for tool-less changeover, completed simply and quickly with hand crank handles increasing uptime and maximizing production.
