MyFeelBack and Ceisa offering new mobile service

MyFeelBack has signed a global distribution agreement with the Ceisa Packaging Group, a European manufacturer of plastic packaging. Client companies will now have access to connected and interactive packaging.

By directly scanning the QR code on the product, consumers can take part in competitions, give their opinion or benefit from discount vouchers.

“The product is the first point of contact between a company and its customer. It is the first vector for developing a strong relationship with the consumer. Our software will allow companies to acquire strategic data and to increase their responsiveness”, says Stéphane Contrepois, Chairman of MyFeelBack.

With the MyFeelBack technology, Ceisa Packaging has added an innovative service to its range of products, which it will be able to offer its customers around the world with immediate effect.
