Majority shareholding in CO.MAC S.R.L. aquired

CO.MAC is an active company in the design, manufacturing, repair, maintenance and technical support for beverage filling and packaging machines, especially beer in returnable and non-returnable kegs.

Mr. Roberto Catelli, Chairman, and Mr. Alessandro Merusi, CEO of the CFT Group have declared: “through this acquisition, CFT Group continues its diversification strategy that strengthens [its] competitive position in the Beverage industry and in particular in the beer filling sector. CFT Group is completing its current beverage product portfolio, which also consists in brewhouses – currently supplied by the German subsidiary Rolec Prozess und Brautechnik GmbH – and new automatic and semi-automatic systems for beverage filling (glass and can) as well as packaging in kegs, of which CO.MAC is leader in the global market. The completion of this operation and the extensive range of high-tech products will allow CFT Group to provide to its customers complete turnkey solutions in order to consolidate competitive position in a sector with interesting future perspectives”.
