Legal entities name change

Since January 2019, Sidel and Gebo Cermex former business units form now as a single team called Sidel. Related to this, some of their entities are changing their name.

Please find here the current list of entities that have already changed their names and the new entity names www.sidel.com.

Organisations that have done business in the past with the entities that have changed their name are asked to update their financial records accordingly. The registered office, VAT number, and the regular point of contact remain unchanged. In case of any questions, please get in touch with your regular point of contact.
