Mebak to issue revised and updated manuals
The Central European Commission for Brewing Analysis (Mebak) held its 90th general meeting in Linz (Austria) in October 2017 at which it agreed to fully revise the guidelines for control of brewhouse operations.
A revision of the manual on water, first published in 2002, will also be undertaken and, in early 2018, an English version of the guidelines for filtration control will be released.
Towards the end of next year, a ten-chapter manual on microbiology will be published.
