Crown-Baele and Lehui Group join forces in a strategic cooperation

Crown-Baele signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nanjing Lehui Light Industry Equipment of China (Lehui Group). Under this three-fold agreement, Lehui will manufacture and sell Crown-Baele’s bottle washers worldwide under license; Crown-Baele becomes the sales agent for Lehui’s bottling equipment in Europe, Africa and the Arabic countries and Crown-Baele will be Lehui’s installation and services partner in these same regions.

Lehui is a major manufacturer of brewery and bottling equipment in China, with 1.400 employees and a turnover of 200mio USD. It has a confirmed technical track-record as a successful equipment supplier for various major breweries in Asia such as AB Inbev, Heineken and others.

Crown-Baele is a Belgian company with over a 100 years of experience in manufacturing and servicing bottling equipment, and is very active in the targeted regions. It has 55 employees and over 8mio€ in sales. In recent years the company has successfully started service work and improvement projects on foreign-made equipment. Its customers include Heineken, Carlsberg, Castel Group, AB Inbev, Coca Cola and many valued local Belgian breweries.

This cooperation agreement confirms Lehui’s continued commitment to manufacture equipment of the highest quality and will help them to further develop their business outside Asia. For Crown-Baele, in return, it will increase its strength in the market and add business volume to its growing service network.
