Stromboli boils without pressure - an attractive proposition
A new wort boiling system named "Stromboli" has recently come on the market. This system produces exceptional worts and beers at total evaporation rates below 4%. The "Stromboli" principle is based on the classic internal boiler, whereby "Stromboli" does not have the disadvantages of this classic system.
