Giants of brewing history: Hermann Kronseder
A mechanical engineer in the brewing industry | Once more this series is returning to the 20th century. One advantage of writing about a person who lived in the previous century is that there are many more sources of information at one’s disposal. Plus, eyewitnesses are also left who can provide first-hand information, and in this case, the person in question even wrote a detailed autobiography. This man was arguably the most remarkable and successful mechanical engineer and entrepreneur that the beer and beverage industry has ever seen. His name was Hermann Kronseder.
