Roland Folz new president at Pall

Pall Corporation | Dr. Roland Folz has joined Pall Corporation as new president, effective 3 March 2026. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across industrial, food and beverage, and water technology sectors.

In this role, Dr. Folz will guide Pall’s global business and help shape our strategy for long-term growth. He will work closely with our leadership team to continue building a strong pipeline of innovation, strengthen operational and commercial capabilities, and support a highly engaged workforce.

His background includes twelve years at Pentair, where he most recently served as Group President, Industrial Solutions and oversaw a diverse portfolio spanning sustainable gas, membrane technologies, air systems, and food and beverage applications. Before that, he led Brewing and Beverage Sciences and Applications at VLB in Berlin. He holds an engineering degree in biotechnology from the Technical University of Berlin along with a PhD in microbiology and genetics.
