Ziemann Group and Managing Director Mr. Joachim Gunkel end their business relationship

As of Wednesday, April 13, 2011 Mr. Joachim Gunkel is no longer a member of the Management Board. The relationship was terminated by mutual consent. There had been differences of opinion regarding the management style.

Managing Director Mr. Klaus Gehrig will act as provisional Head of the Sales and Marketing Department until a successor for Mr. Gunkel is appointed.

“Following many decades of intense collaboration Mr. Gunkel’s resignation from the Management Board is not easy for us”, commented Mr. Jörg Dürr-Pucher, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZIEMANN Group. “We would like to express our thanks to Mr. Gunkel for his successful work and great personal commitment over more than four decades.”
