New Director Business Development Africa at Pentair Clean Process Technologies

Emmanuel Rurema has been appointed as Director Business Development Africa for Pentair Clean Process Technologies (CPT). Effective January 1, 2012, Rurema will be responsible for growing business and coordinating sales operations for all CPT companies in Africa; with a primary focus on the food, brewing and beverage industries.

Rurema graduated from the Technical University of Munich (Weihenstephan), Germany. He started his career at Pentair Haffmans (formerly Norit Haffmans) in 2000 as a management trainee and moved into the Research & Development Department as Market Development Manager. He joined the Sales Department in 2001, where he was responsible for Africa, the Middle East, French speaking Europe, and South East Asia. Most recently, Rurema served as Global Sales Manager for Quality Control Equipment.
