New staff member at Stabifix Brauerei Technik KG
As of January 2012 Dr. Nikolaj Schmid (42) is part of the sales team at Stabifix Brauerei-Technik KG. He took over the position of Business Manager from Karl von Khreninger, who retired in October 2011.
Schmid’s broad knowledge of brewing technology, especially filtration and beer stabilisation, but also consulting and customer support will be valuable to the company.
After his doctorate at Weihenstephan he gained professional experience at the companies PallSeitzSchenk and BASF.
His publications received excellent review in the trade press and at international congresses.
