New Chief Operating Officer

Helena Nylén is today appointed COO at Spendrups Brewery with overall responsibility for production and distribution of Spendrups’ products. Before joining Spendrups, Helena was Head of Supply chain at the pharmaceutical company Sobi. She succeeds Gunnar Svensson, who is retiring after 27 years at Spendrups.

“Helena has very good leadership skills and extensive experience of supply chain. It will be a great asset when managing and refining the supply chain within Spendrups”, says Fredrik Spendrup, CEO of the brewery.

Helena Nylén’s area of responsibility is very broad and includes production, logistics and central purchasing, key technologies, key product development, planning and quality and environment at Spendrups’ facilities in Hällefors, Grängesberg and Vårby.

“It is an exciting challenge. I look forward to develop and manage the supply chain of Spendrups Brewery but also create long-term prospects for continued profitable production”, says Helena Nylén.
