122nd Anniversary Convention of the MBAA

Looks like the recent industry consolidation is taken its toll on members’organisations too. Does anybody still do any research at former Anheuser Busch’s headquarters in St Louis? As far as we are aware the 100-odd jobs research department does not exist any longer.

It’s not that Anheuser-Busch’s researchers were the main contributors to the various conferences the MBAA organises. But the demise of their department may just be an indication how hard it has become in this industry to share knowledge.

If readers have time and resources they should volunteer for a paper at the next MBAA convention.
