Change of company’s name

The Christ Water Technology AG (ISIN AT0000499157 / WKN A0F6DU) takes over further 49 percent of today’s KF Engineering GmbH, former KF Service GmbH. Together with the already ac-quired shares of 51 percent in March 2006 the Christ Water Technology AG now holds all interests of KF Engineering GmbH and expands significantly its division Food & Beverage.

KF Engineering with its 40 employees will be re-named in “Van der Molen Aseptic GmbH” and will be part of the Van der Molen group as a further subsidiary. Apart from the complete process technology and the successfully developed branch of water treatment systems, Van der Molen now offers an additional part in its product portfolio with the preservation of liquid food. UHT- and pasteurization systems, as well as vacuum degassing systems and sterile tanks will be supplied under the same umbrella brand.
