New look and clear structure

One new feature of the site is a ‘Contacts and service’ area with specific information of interest to visitors, exhibitors and media representatives. Here, for example, you can find contact details, plus advice on travel and accommodation. A useful service for visitors from outside the EU is help with visa applications. Set out here is information on which documents are required for visa applications. It is even possible to request a visa invitation letter online.

All the information on the site is both in German and in English. In addition the basic information is also provided in the following languages: Chinese, Czech, French, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.

Unique service: Visitors who wish to purchase a ticket online are addressed in the languages listed above (except Japanese). And the exhibitor and product database can be searched and filtered for certain criteria (exhibitor´s name, country, hall, products) in five languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish). The product breakdown (nomenclature) can be called up in seven languages. Petra Westphal, Exhibition Director of drinktec, comments: "We take our visitors very seriously.
