Mitteleuropäische Brautechnische Analysenkommission MEBAK®

MEBAK® has been in existence for more than 40 years. One of its primary goals has been to collect and evaluate methods for the scientific analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, additives, processing aids, beverages, especially of beer and beer-based beverages, as well as packaging through collaborative trials, in order to make the analysis methods available.
