Compact CIP system for operation on-site

The latest KHS CIP system Innopro CIP C is compact, economical, and maintenance-friendly. It is locally active and helps reducing heating loss while the media are conveyed. In addition, media consumption is also reduced as a result of the shorter conveying distance to the components to be sanitized.

The CIP system sanitizes not just the filler and itself but also one other process component, such as the flash pasteurizer or mixer. Equipped with three tanks (primary water feed and a caustic and hot water tank which can also be used as an acid tank if necessary), the system can cope with the entire filling operation on its own in medium-sized beverage plants in which there is only one filling line to clean. Companies which have several lines and an extensive pipe system can also exploit the advantages in combination with a central CIP system.

The Innopro CIP C is predestined for use in every imaginable kind of process and filling technology, including aseptic filling, ultra-clean filling, and hot filling. It can handle fillers with up to 150 filling valves and a filling output of up to 35,000 liters per hour.

Thanks to the use of rectangular tanks, the CIP system can be packed in one container and therefore be cost-effectively shipped in a standard overseas container.

All components needed to operate the system, such as pumps, valves, heaters, media tanks, and the switch cabinet with control, are already arranged and installed ready for operation, allowing for a quick implementation.
