Ludwig Narziß Award for Brewing Science: first winners announced

Dr. Adrian Forster and Andreas Gahr are the first winners of the Ludwig Narziß Award for Brewing Science. On Thursday, 12 November 2015, Professor Ludwig Narziß himself presented the award during BrauBeviale to the two brewing scientists for their contribution "A Comparison of the Analytical and Brewing Characteristics of Cascade and Comet Hop Varieties as grown in Yakima (USA) and in Hallertau (Germany)", published in BrewingScience no. 67 (2014), pp. 137-148.

The EUR 2,500 award is designed to formally recognize those BrewingScience publications in which the results are particularly relevant for application in the brewing industry.
