Trends in Brewing 2025: Abstract submission deadline approaching

Belgium | The deadline for abstracts for the Trends in Brewing is fast approaching: 27 January 2025 is the final day to submit your work.

The 16th edition of the international symposium Trends in Brewing will be organized by KU Leuven, Belgium and will take place from 6–9 April 2025 in the renewed historical center or Leuven. The theme of this edition is “Innovations in products and processes” focusing on innovations in the technical aspects of malting and brewing in various thematic sessions. This symposium is co-organized with the J. De Clerck Chair XIX and is jointly organized by KU Leuven, Technical University Berlin, University of Nottingham, Oregon State University, the Italian Brewing Research Centre (University of Perugia), the Siebel Institute of Technology and Ghent University.

Abstracts can still be submitted until 27 January to trendsinbrewing.org.
