BRAUWELT print and online

Due to the relaunch of our website www.brauwelt.com and its mobile optimization, BRAUWELT subscribers can comfortably read all articles online while on the move. Subscribers to BRAUWELT receive three editions of the journal BRAUWELT per month, and also the BRAUWELT newsletter, which lets them know on Tuesday what they will be able to read in the print edition on Thursday.It includes a topic of the week and provides latest news from the brewing industry. This journal is published online first as a scientific organ for the Wissenschaftsfoerderung der Deutschen Brauwirtschaft and the European Brewery Convention, and its reach is even more global due to cooperation with renowned international institutions, both for articles and distribution. In addition to the printed yearbook, subscribers receive unlimited access to the BrewingScience database, which enables a thorough search of over 30000 summaries of publications relating to beverage science from every country in the world published since 1963.

Specialist books

In addition to the specialist journals the product range also includes books. Novelties are the titles “Brewing Techniques in Practice” from the BRAUWELT Knowledge series and  “Craft-Bier brauen und genießen “ by Hagen Rudolph, who is already well known to readers for his “Heimbrauen” books. Horst Dornbusch’s title “Die Biersorten der Brauwelt”, which has now been published in its third edition, has become a standard work.
