M&L reinforces executive management

Switzerland | It started as pure consulting services for breweries in and around the filter cellar fifteen years ago. Today, M&L Consulting, a filtration specialist from Switzerland, is responsible for designing and implementing turnkey filtration lines for greenfield projects and looking for optimal solutions for extension and modernisation of existing units. To strengthen the company for the future even further, they are now reinforcing their executive management team.

Starting from May 2024 Matthias Luterbacher joined the firm as the new Managing Director. As a former long-time CEO of Schmid Automation and graduate of the University of St. Gallen holding a doctoral degree, Dr Luterbacher brings a big package of experience in management and development of companies in specialized technology sector and is not unknown throughout the brewing and beverage industry.

The founders of M&L, Ernst and Maria Meier, remain in the board of directors, as well as Patrik Gruber, who took over the responsibility of Sales Director. Thanks to these new structural adjustments, M&L will be able to focus even more on individual needs of customers from the brewing industry worldwide.
