A milestone for the future

Relocation | The Siebel Institute of Technology, the oldest brewing school in the Americas (established in 1872), along with parent company owner, Lallemand Inc., made the decision to relocate classroom functions from Chicago to Montreal, Canada, effective 1 January 2026. BRAUWELT International spoke to John Hannafan, General Manager and Director of Education, about the reasons for the relocation and future plans of Siebel Institute and World Brewing Academy education.
