WBA Master Brewer Program 2025

Chicago | The World Brewing Academy (WBA) Master Brewer Program, organized by the renowned schools Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago and Doemens Academy in Munich,  will take place from 3 March to 1 Aug. 2025.

In a comprehensive curriculum, this course offers a blend of classroom theory and hands-on brewing and lab exercises, ensuring the participants acquire both the knowledge and practical skills needed to excel.

Particularly noteworthy is the international exposure: Attendees will study in two world-renowned brewing capitals, spending six weeks at Siebel Institute in Chicago, and the remainder in Munich at Doemens Academy, which includes a two-week European Brewing Study Tour visiting manufacturers, breweries, and ingredient suppliers.

The program is designed to deepen the understanding of even the most complex brewing topics, theories, and techniques. Graduates of the WBA Master Brewer Program are well-prepared for roles such as head brewer, brewing supervisor, department manager, and even brewery owner.
