13th BrewingScience Hop Special: Call for papers

BrewingScience | On 14 December 2023, the 13th Hop Special will be published in BrewingScience. Manuscripts can be submitted as of now, editorial deadline is 1 September 2023.

Thematically, all areas related to hops will be covered: from hop growing and hop varieties to hopping technologies, analytics and the impact of hops on beer.

All researchers working in this field are invited to submit their scientific articles. Please send your manuscripts to . The submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by a group of international hop experts.
