Boston Beer may face USD 175 million in damages

USA | Boston Beer may have to pay Ardagh Metal Packaging some USD 175.5 million in damages, after an Illinois jury issued a verdict in favour of the packaging supplier. In its lawsuit against Boston Beer in 2022, Ardagh alleged that Boston Beer fell short in contractual minimum purchases of aluminium cans from 2021 to 2025.
