Murky outlook for brewers after Supreme Court tariff ruling
USA | The Supreme Court ruled that President Trump exceeded his authority when imposing sweeping tariffs, using the 1977 law called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). But the ruling only covers those tariffs initiated under the IEEPA, which may not include imports of aluminium or steel.
