Carlsberg acquires two Pepsi bottlers in the Caucasus

Denmark | In an effort to push further into soft drinks, Carlsberg agreed to buy PepsiCo bottlers Iberia Refreshments in Georgia and JI Pepsi Cola Bottler Armenia from their current owner Revery, the brewer announced on 5 October. Carlsberg already operates a brewery in Azerbaijan and will bottle PepsiCo products in that market as of January 2027.
