Heineken Austria: beer sales declined up to 7 percent in 2025
Austria | Heineken’s Austrian subsidiary, Brau Union, is feeling the effects of subdued consumer sentiment and the introduction of a deposit on cans. The country’s major brewer saw beer sales decline between 6 and 7 percent in 2025 over the previous year, its CEO Hans Böhm told media on 12 February.
