Beer sales are growing again
Phew. Beer enjoys year-on-year sales growth for the third consecutive quarter, the British Beer & Pub Association reported in November 2014.
Annual beer sales for the year ending 30 September 2014 were up 1.4 percent on the previous year, the third quarter to have reported an increase in sales, after 29 (!) consecutive quarters of decline.
When comparing third quarter 2014 results directly with last year, however, beer sales were down.
