IBD conference: Call for papers

As the theme of last year’s successful convention “Sustainable Development” generated so much interested, it will be taken up again in 2011 for an assessment of recent developments and achievements.

In a significant departure from the previous format, a large number of presentations will be given by invited speakers, knowledgeable in their specific field thereby including subject matter beyond the brewing and distilling industries.

The Technical Committee would like to call for papers and posters on the main convention theme or other issues of interest to the African and global brewing and distilling industries.

Abstracts of no longer than 400 words should be emailed with full details to the Technical Chairman, Dr Pieter Engelbrecht at pieter.engelbrecht@ za.sabmiller.com no later than 30 August 2010. Please state whether you would like to present a paper or poster.
