40th EBC Congress | From 6–9 September 2026, the international brewing and beverage industry gathered in Rotterdam for the 40th Congress of the European Brewery Convention (EBC). Around 500 participants from academia, breweries, the supply industry and associations followed the invitation to the Dutch port city.
