Ziemann’s "brew doc" visits Left Hand Brewing Company

At the Craft Brewers Conference in Portland, Ziemann Holvrieka performed a competition in which various prizes were drawn. The first prize was the technological advice by a Ziemann “brew doc”.

This prize was awarded to the Left Hand Brewing Company from Longmont, Colorado – even if this brewery does not need a doctor’s visit: it operates so successfully on the market with its various beer styles that the brewery produces at the absolute limits of its capacities.

Nevertheless, the four-day visit of the “brew doc” in the person of Konstantin Ziller, head of the Ziemann Holvrieka pilot plant and experienced commissioning engineer, resulted in some interesting ideas. The brewery team Bryce Troy (automation), Dick Doore (owner) and Jeff Joslyn (brewmaster) summarized that the visit of the brew doc was definitely a great benefit.
