Salon du Brasseur 2025 to take place in France in October
France | Jointly organized by Destination Nancy and the French Brewery Museum at the Nancy Exhibition Center (Parc des Expositions), the Salon du Brasseur is a key meeting point for the entire brewing industry. Its aim is to provide professionals as well as passionate amateur brewers from the fields of brewing, malting, and related processes (distillation, fermented health beverages, etc.) with a comprehensive showcase of available products and equipment. The event will take place on 16 and 17 October in Nancy, France.
The Salon du Brasseur was launched in the early 1990s by the French Brewery Museum and has since established itself as a fixture in the industry.
Today, the Salon du Brasseur is the leading trade fair in France and the second-largest in Europe. In 2024, the fair brought together nearly 190 exhibitors, 40% of them from abroad, representing 17 countries – with strong participation from Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, and the Netherlands. This international momentum underscores the role of the fair as an essential platform for exchange and innovation within the brewing sector.
On 16 and 17 October 2025, professionals as well as hobby brewers will have the opportunity to meet suppliers, discover the latest innovations, and learn about current developments in the industry. Raw materials, production, services, packaging, laboratory equipment, accessories, the diversity of exhibitors covers the entire spectrum of the sector.
