drinktec 2025 Preview
Trade fair preview | The ides of September herald that autumn is right around the corner – AND that your favourite fall trade fair is too! The drinktec takes place in Munich, Germany, from 15–19 September 2025. Experts from around the world will convene in the halls of the Messe München convention centre, where over one thousand exhibitors from more than 50 countries will offer a wide range of solutions for entire value chains of every imaginable beverage or liquid food on the planet.
These are spread throughout 12 halls and over 73,000 square meters of space, leaving nothing to be desired: Raw materials, process engineering, cleaning and filling technology, process technology for beer, beer-based and other beverage production, packaging materials, components, processing aids and equipment, supply technology, IT, automation, analytics, packaging and palletizing technology, logistics, PET Point and marketing. There is something for everyone.
In addition to these familiar areas, the new “Liquidrome” format in Munich will also exhibit many new features. Hall C4 will offer an area set aside specifically to foster the exchange of knowledge and information in addition to hosting exhibitor presentations and discussions regarding science and research. These offerings will be bundled under the three main themes of “Circularity & Resource Management,” “Data2Value” and “Lifestyle & Health” in close cooperation between trade fair organizer Yontex and the conceptual sponsor of drinktec, the VDMA Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Association. A zone is also set aside for startups in the Liquidrome.
With so much on offer, it is even more important to be able to find your way quickly around the individual exhibition halls. The BRAUWELT trade fair preview you hold in your hands is a tool designed to do just that. The large map of the venue on page 4 will guide you to where exhibitors from a particular industry sector are located in the halls. Within each hall, the companies presenting their products and services are listed in alphabetical order.
